Abdul‑Rashid is an executive and entrepreneur with 15 years' of experience across construction, logistics, sustainable mining, international trade, and integrated facility services. As CEO of Starville, Abdul-Rashid oversees project design and delivery, cross-border operations, and strategic commercial partnerships, working closely with clients, suppliers, and international investors to deliver compliant, value-driven solutions across Ghana and West Africa.

Gabriel is a finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, strategic management, and corporate governance. As CFO at Starville, he supports financial analysis, decision-making, and organisational performance, bringing strong expertise in IFRS/IPSAS reporting, strategic analysis, and business evaluation. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies (UPS) and is known for his analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and transparent business practice.

Louis is a Health & Safety specialist with over eight years’ experience across construction and integrated facility services. He holds an MSc in Energy and Sustainable Management and is responsible for strengthening safety systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting sustainable, risk-aware practices across Starville’s projects and operations.

Emmanuel supports the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects across construction and integrated facility services at Starville. He works closely with senior project teams to oversee site activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure works are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements.
